I want to thank all of you for being so responsive to the problems we are having with our neighbors, drainage, etc. We are so grateful that we chose your company; you have proved to us, especially this week, that you are a company that stands behind their product, and cares about the customer. In today's world it is so hard to find people that still want to put out a quality product or care about customer service and it seems that you have chosen to keep your standards high. I thank you so much for your attention and for taking care of everything so quickly. I love my pool and I want to be able to enjoy it for many years. Pray that the neighborhood floods do not reach my home, we are still in imminent danger from the rising waters. (I live in Glen Abbey, DeBary).

We wanted to wrtie to you and express our thanks for making our pool purchase and construction such an easy and rewarding experience.
Our salesman Mark Shaughnessy was knowledgeable in pool design and helped us design the pool we wanted on our budget. He felt more like a family friend than our sales person.. We would recommend him highly.
Our construction crew was headed up by Mike Hart and he was visible on site and was a big reason that our pool was finished in exactly 4 weeks to the day. Mike and the rest of Holland's staff were always very easy to reach if we had questions and supporterd us thru the whole process.
We would recommend Holland Pools to all of our friends and neighbors.

I just wanted to thank Technician Chis S. for the great work on repairing our salt cell. It was such a great piece of mind that even though I was not present durring the repair he made sure to keep us posted of the diagnosis and repair servic that he was preforming. I would also like to thank Jennifer in customer service who has been so helpful on all our servicing and minor adjustments you company has needed to make to our pool. We are still awaiting the repair of some cracks around are ledge but with the service that Jennifer and Chis have provided I have complete confidence that holland pools will always stand behind their product. I would like to commend you on the quality and the value of the pool you recently constructed for my wife and I. Your whole team was a pleasure to work with. Our superintendent was consistently in communication with us, and there was very little down time between phases of construction. The pool is outstanding, and the extra features were reasonably priced, as compared to several other local pool companies. My wife and I recently had a pool installed by Holland Pools. The experience was a very pleasant one. Chipp Rapp did the initial estimate and design work. He also handled the follow up work leading up to installation. We had a very difficult time getting our permits from Seminole County. Chip spent 8 weeks overcoming a great deal of hurdles to get our permits approved and did a great job.
Brett Holland was the project manager and from the day they broke ground until the final inspection, he did an excellent job. We'd heard horror stories from our neighbors about their experiences with other pool builders. We had prepared ourselves for a minimun of 12 weeks that we'd have to deal with pool installation. This was not the case with Holland Pools. Everything was scheduled in such a way that there was never more than two days between one portion of work and another. The subcontractors were professional, courteous, and very good at what they do.
Thanks to Holland Pools, we were able to start enjoying our pool within 6 weeks of the start of construction. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a new pool.
