We would like to give our
highest recommendation to Holland Pools
for the "first class" handling of the
design and construction of our new
backyard pool, during the month of May
2010.
The entire process from dig
to swim took 27 working days and I do
mean working. Not a day passed that we
didn't see activity of some sort or
another in our yard. Everyong we dealt
with was extremely professional. Our
construction manager, Chris Sapp, kept
in constant contact with us so we always
knew what to expect in the next few
days. The screen enclosure was even put
up on a Saturday. Since this was our
second time building a pool, we had
something to compare with and the
comparisons were not even close.

Our pool is perfect,
exactly as designed, which I might add
was designed right before our eyes on a
laptop in a couple hours during the
salesman's first visit to our home. We
are extremely happy with it and we were
also given an excellent pool school
presentation leaving no unanswered
questions.
We will highly
recommend our entire experience to
anyone considering a pool in their home.

Also, I have to tell you that Chris is
doing a fantastic job. I was worried at
first when I met him because he looks
like he is 18 years old...but he is all
business and so professional, and has
put my mind at ease with every step of
the way. I truly appreciate all the
inspections by the County (which I know
is a hassle for him) but just confirms
for me that the job is being done right
and to code. As a single woman, having
been ripped off by sub-contractors in
the past, it was a scary endeavor to
take on this project, but you and Chris
have been terrific and I feel totally
comfortable with my decision to go with
Holland Pools. can't wait to jump into
the pool for the first time. :>)

My wife and I recently had a pool
installed by Holland Pools. The
experience was a very pleasant one. Chip
Rapp did the initial estimate and design
work. He also handled the follow up work
leading up to installation. We had a
very difficult time getting our permits
from Seminole County. Chip spent 8 weeks
overcoming a great deal of hurdles to
get our permits approved and did a great
job. Brett Holland was the project
manager and from the day they broke
ground until the final inspection, he
did an excellent job. We'd heard horror
stories from our neighbors about their
experiences with other pool builders. We
had prepared ourselves for a minimum of
12 weeks that we'd have to deal with
pool installation. This was not the case
with Holland Pools. Everything was
scheduled in such a way that there was
never more than two days between one
portion of work and another. The
subcontractors were professional,
courteous, and very good at what they
do. Thanks to Holland Pools, we were
able to start enjoying our pool within 6
weeks of the start of construction. We
would highly recommend them to anyone
thinking about a new pool.

only 15 days due to the persistence of
our project manager, Mike Bittner. Once
he saw that we had 2 young boys that
could not wait to get in the pool, he
went above and beyond our expectations

could swim before the weather changed.
Mike was on the jobsite day and night
attending to our every need and making
sure we were satisfied with the day's
work. There were some things along the
way we asked if we could change and

your home and can be stressful. Mike

What a wonderful experience the
Yost family have experienced. I would
like to thank you and the entire team at
Holland Pools. You have given us a great
pool buying experience from the start
with Doug and to the end with Judson. I
must say when Judson came back to our
house for a second time, even when he
did not have to, he insisted that it was
no problem. He explained everything to
me in great detail. He hosed down the
filter, showed my son how to connect the
hose sweeper and then he, Judson,
cleaned our pool for us. There were dirt
particles present. He added tablets to
what ever that thing is called and
poured a solution in the pool. Judson
made me feel really comfortable. I fell
in love with him when he actually saved
my life...he warned me that there was a
baby snake near my driveway. I ran
inside to close my garage door. The
whole team was simply great. Every step
was easy and without any pressure. You
gave us a pool with a screen just like
the ad advertised. Mike, what you really
gave us was nothing less than wholesome
family fun. You all gave my family a
whole new level of bonding. Seeing my
teenagers having fun with dad and then
egging me on to jump in...is the
greatest gift. I will certainly brag
about your team's outstanding
professionalism and honesty. We love you
